Should You Pay Through the Nose for NanoSilver Toothpaste?

Here's an interesting link to a web site selling a "value pack" (their words, not mine) of nanosilver-based toothpaste and toothbrushes.
As you can see from the image to the left, apparently you get four toothbrushes and four tubes of nanosilver toothpaste.

And the cost? Drum roll, please...a whopping $49!

Yikes...Isn’t There a Better Way?

Now I've got nothing against a commercial product like this.

But really, why pay $49 for this product, when you can simply put a few cents worth of high-quality home-made colloidal silver into a small pump spray bottle, and spray it onto your toothbrush each morning after applying your usual toothpaste?

You'll actually get far better antimicrobial protection, for a lot less money using the do-it-yourself method!

Why?

Because your homemade colloidal silver is fresh and highly electrically charged, which are the two criteria Dr. Robert O. Becker, MD discovered were vital for the healing of skin and soft tissues, and for maximum protection against infectious microorganisms.

Don't get me wrong. It's GREAT to see more silver-based products hitting the marketplace. I’m all for it!

But do you really believe there’s anywhere close to $49 (or even $5) worth of infection-fighting nanosilver in a product like this?

Not me. Knowing what I know about commercial manufacturers of silver-based products, I doubt there’s even ten cents worth of silver in any one of those toothpaste tubes.

You’re mostly paying for the packaging.

The Old-Fashioned Way

So color me old-fashioned.

But I'd rather just spray a few cents worth of homemade colloidal silver onto my toothbrush each day, than pay through the nose for a commercial product like this.

After all, the costs of over-the-counter commercial products like this one are never-ending. You use them up and you have to spend another $49 to get more. For the rest of your life.

Is it trendy? Well, yes, I suppose so. Is it cost-effective? No. Not at all...

...At least, not compared to the tiny cost of making your own colloidal silver with a high-quality colloidal silver generator such as the new Micro-Particle Colloidal Silver Generator from TheSilverEdge.com.
